The ASENSYS delivery model is of course based around our solutions, but is hugely flexible and is always tailored to the needs of our customers.
We can work on a full, organisation wide implementation of all our solutions, we can work in one or a few solutions, or we can together pick key aspects out where you might need some focused improvement. We begin any engagement by listening. Listening to your goals, your progress to date and of course the issues you are facing in achieving what you want to achieve.
We deliver our solutions in four different ways, each tailored and blended to the purpose of the work and needs of the client:
e-learning – for a lower cost, hands off delivery of our thinking and our solutions, designed to reach larger numbers of people quickly.
Interactive training – whilst we firmly believe in supporting your leaders with their own, real problems at the point they are happening, for some topics and situations the classroom type environment is the most appropriate starting point – but rarely the only delivery method for any solution.
Output led workshops – building understanding, with a real problem in mind. Our workshops teach the concepts and theories behind the solution, but focus on producing output actually needed to progress the business forwards, ready to use from the end of the workshop.
By your side consultancy – this is where traditional consultancy falls down, when leaders and employees return to their desks and real problems start to dull the sense of purpose and optimism built up in a training session / workshop. We make sure this doesn’t happen by supporting your employees to implement their learning into their real life environment, with their real people and their real problems and distractions. They, and the organisation, will see and feel the difference.
Ultimately, no two ASENSYS engagements are the same. We will of course use the years of experience and care that has gone into our solutions to help us, but we don’t paint by numbers. We listen first, second and third and then create an answer that will not only work for you now, but will last inside your organisation long term.
